We are seeking a highly motivated Fertiliser Sales people to join the Sales Team based in the Burleigh Office or remotely in regional areas.  If you have the passion for agriculture and logistics, we aim to create a first rate experience for our customers.

The positions will report to the General Manager and its primary purpose is to provide high level assistance to the sales team and customers.  You will be a real team player who will work with the business to ensure outstanding customer service on a national basis. The role requires someone who has the ability to quickly develop rapport on the phone as you will be dealing with range of farming and civil customers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Generating new orders
  • Processing customer orders
  • Ensure paperwork is accurate and compliant
  • Deliver prompt and efficient sales support
  • Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
  • Adhoc duties

Ideally the successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in Sales, Customer Service, & Order Processing
  • Knowledge of the agricultural, civil or logistics industry will be highly regarded
  • Highly organised with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of duties.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in computer skills, particularly the MS Office suite of applications.
  • Self-motivated, logical and analytical thinker with ability to plan and co-ordinate workflows and performance effectively and without supervision.

Training will be provided for the right candidate to settle into the role.
