General Quote Terms and Conditions
1. GST
All quoted prices are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Validity
– General product quotations are valid for 28 days.
– Fertiliser and fertiliser blend quotations are valid until 5pm on the day quoted, unless stated otherwise.
– All prices are subject to change without notice. It is recommended that pricing be confirmed prior to placing an order.
3. Freight and Delivery
Quotations including a freight or delivery component are based on the delivery location and quantity provided at the time of quoting. Any changes to location or quantity at the time of ordering may result in price adjustments.
4. Bulk Deliveries
For bulk product orders, the delivered tonnage may vary by ±5% of the ordered quantity.
5. Invoicing
Unless otherwise specified, all invoices will be issued based on the loading docket weight.
6. Unloading Requirements
– For bulk deliveries the customer must provide a suitable flat and stable area for the tippers to safely tip the product
– Quotations for palletised, bulk bag, IBC, and pneumatic tanker products are based on the customer providing suitable unloading equipment,
unless otherwise agreed. Demurrage charges may apply for unloading delays.
7. Chep Pallets
– Products supplied on Chep pallets are provided on an exchange-only basis.
– If pallets are not exchanged upon delivery or collection, they must be returned at the customer’s expense.
– Non-exchanged Chep pallets will incur a daily charge of $2.50 per day until returned.
8. IBC Containers
Terms and conditions for IBC use will be provided upon request.
9. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary between account holders and non-account holders. Please contact the office for further information.
10. Confidentiality
This quotation is issued exclusively for the recipient to whom it is addressed. It is not transferable and is not valid for any other individual or entity.
