    SonicZ Fertiliser is a high analysis compound fertiliser product manufactured to provided a balanced nutrition of nitrogen, phosphorus, sulphur and zinc. The high analysis granular fertiliser product boosts crop development and performance.

    An ideal cropping starter fertiliser for a variety of crops including cereals and oilseeds.

    Boasting an analysis of  12-21-0-5 +1% Zn, each granule contains N, P, S and Zinc providing an even application of nutrients to the soil and plant.

    Other Starter fertiliser options with zinc include:

    • MAP + 1% Zn with coated Zinc (10-21-0-2 + Zn 1%)
    • MAP + 2% Zn with blended Zinc (9-21-0-2 + Zn 2%)
    • MAP + 2.5% Zn with coated Zinc (0-20-0-3 + Zn 2.5%)
    • DAP + 1% Zn with coated Zinc (18-19-0-2 + Zn 1%)
    • DAP + 2% Zn with blended Zinc (17-19-0-3 + Zn 2%)
    • SSP + 2% Zn with blended Zinc (3-8-0-12 + Zn 2%)

    At a starter fertiliser application rates of 160kg/ha Sonic it equates to:

    • N   19.2 Kg/ha
    • P    33.6 Kg/ha
    • K    0 Kg/ha
    • S     7.2 Kg/ha
    • Zn   1.6Kg/ha

    Prime – MSZ fertiliser is an ideal starter fertiliser.

    Prime-MSZ  can effectively provide newly sown crops and pastures with the right combination of nutrients for strong early root growth, healthy emergence and even crop growth.

    The compound product is based on MAP, Sulphur (as sulphate) and Zinc (as zinc sulphate) making it a perfect starter fertiliser for sowing. The compound starter fertiliser makes each granule uniform and stable, making for easy handling, storage and placement.

    Alternative starter fertiliser products are Granulock SZn, Goldphosphate, ZincStar S and Prime ZS.

    Available in the following variations:

    • Prime-MSZ 13  (13-18-0-8 + 0.5% Zn)

    Poly-Feed Fertilisers are a range of rich, balanced fertilisers for soil and soilless greenhouse crops, suitable for NutrigationTM (Fertigation) with water of varied quality and for foliar application. All the formulae are enriched with high concentrations of micronutrients. Poly-Feed is easily identified by the red color of both the bag and the product.

    We have blends avaliable for greenhouses, hydroponics and premanent cropping applications.

    General Micronutirents included in the poly feed products are 1000 ppm iron (Fe), 500 ppm manganese (Mn), 200 ppm boron (B), 150 ppm zinc (Zn), 110 ppm copper (Cu), 70 ppm molybdenum (Mo).

    Urea contains 46% Nitrogen.

    A commonly traded commodity, Urea is usually the cheapest source of nitrogen available and therefore the most commonly used.

    Usual rates applied depend on potential crop yield, soil type, crop type and rainfall expected. Urea Application rates vary from 30kg/ha to 150kg/ha.

    In cereal crops in  the wheatbelt nitrogen has become the most limiting nutrient in crop yield.
    Continuous cropping, shorter pasture rotations, higher crop yields and less Nitrogen from legume crops all mean that many yields are restricted by lack of nitrogen.

    There are several common sources of nitrogen used in cropping, of which Urea is the most common and traded as commodity around the world and is also the cheapest
    Nitrogen source at the present time. Other sources include:

    • Sulphate of Ammonia (SOA either as granular or powdered/fine crystal product with around 21% N and 24% suphur)
    • CAN (Calcium Ammonium Nitrate) which is an Ammonium Nitrate, coated with a calcium Oxide powder.
    • Liquid Nitrogen.
    • Coated Urea. Coatings of a polymer resin or with nitrification inhibitors such as carbon are designed to slow nitrogen
      release and make it safer to place N in close proximity to the seed.

    MKP Fertiliser

    Monopotassium phosphate aka MKP  fertiliser (KH2PO4), is a soluble salt of potassium and the dihydrogen phosphate ion which is generally used as a fertilizer, a food additive and a fungicide.

    It contains both phosphorus (P) and potassium (K). When used in fertiliser mixtures with urea and ammonium phosphates, it minimizes escape of ammonia by keeping the acidity at a relatively low level.

    The product is a fully water soluble form of phosphorus and potassium fertiliser making it particularly suited to a wide range of horticultural crops. It comes as a free flowing, fine crystalline powder which dissolves quickly when mixed in water.

    MKP fertilisers are suited to applications through fertigation systems – hydroponics, drip systems, low throw sprinklers, centre pivots, spray units and misters.
